Who we are

Brillacasa Cleaning provides commercial and residential cleaning services across the United Kingdom. Questions about this notice can be sent to cleaning@brillacasa.co.uk.

Cleaning enquiries

When you use our enquiry form, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, contact details, location, service requirements and message. We use this information to review your enquiry, respond to you and, where relevant, prepare or manage a cleaning service.

Form submissions are processed by our website hosting provider, Netlify, and sent to our Brillacasa email inbox. We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, business records and legal obligations.

Optional website analytics

Google Analytics helps us understand general website activity, including pages viewed, approximate location, device type and how visitors found the website. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or enquiry-form answers to Analytics.

Analytics is disabled by default and loads only after you select “Accept analytics.” Advertising storage, Google Signals and personalised advertising are disabled.

Your cookie choice

We remember your analytics choice in your browser. If you accept, Google Analytics may set measurement cookies such as _ga. If you decline, the Analytics tag is not loaded.

You can change your decision by selecting “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the website. Declining after previously accepting stops future Analytics collection and removes the main Analytics cookies where the browser permits it.

Sharing and your rights

We use service providers where needed to operate the website, receive enquiries and measure visits with consent. We do not sell personal information.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy question, by emailing cleaning@brillacasa.co.uk. You can also read Google's information about data from partner sites.
